Yes, if required, Ambulant and non-Ambulant Supporters are welcome to bring Personal Assistants or carers with them to Kingsholm if required.
Supporters requiring an accessible seat will need to contact the club at customerservices@gloucesterrugby.co.uk or by calling the team on 01452 872 250 outlining their disability access requirements and, if required, reason for requesting a Personal Assistant. This will be submitted together with supporting documentation for proof of eligibility. The Club will offer one complimentary ticket to each supporter that requires a PA or Carer providing the below requirements are met.
All applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis so we will be happy to assess your documentation on its own merits.
Accessibility Access Supporting Documentation
The Club will accept any of the following as supporting evidence:
- Receipt of middle or higher rate mobility or care component Disability Living Allowance (DLA) dated within the last 12 months
- Receipt of either the PIP Allowance or Attendance Allowance dated within the last 12 months
